Remember, there is no easy way to get top 10 rankings. You need patience and the time to spend on your content.

Branch research
Get to know every aspect of your branch, become an expert if you aren’t already.

Choose the right keywords/phrases
From this information you take the subjects which are not the highest in competition, but still have a good amount of searches.

Create website structure that describes your branch
The structure of your website should be a logical tree-like representation of your branch. Use relevant archor texts throughout your website.

Optimise every page with title, tags….
Make sure the search engines are able to spider your website, so try to keep pages small in size, make sure you use the relevant HTML tags like <H1>, and remove dead links.

Use Search Engine Friendly URLs
Every web page should have a descriptive file-name (URL). Keep it short, but relevant.

Create sitemap and submit to Search Engines
A sitemap allows Search Engines to easily crawl your website. It also helps the internal linkage.

Write one article a week for your branch and add them to your website

Backlinks - article submissions
Submit the articles you’ve written to the important article submission websites. Be careful for duplicate content.

Backlinks - directory submissions
Get backlinks from the thousands of directory submission websites outhere.

Repeat step 6, 7, 8 and 9 …….. indefinitely
